One thing I would note is that it should be possible to be considered an expert without starting discussions yourself; lots of my colleagues help out answering people's questions on tech communities only.

- Ah- sorry, I was talking about the proposed new ranks above 🙂 it was noted that expert should have conversation starter (which was one new topic posted).
- Please suggest - what ranks should be in MTC.
How they would be approved is the next stage
