quickbookks to excell and got error compile error in hidden module cpinterview
hi Southeast-11 Since you've already disabled the Excel add-ins and the error persists, the issue may be with the qbooks cpInterview module or its compatibility with your Excel version.
A few things worth checking next:
Update qbooks Desktop and download the latest proll updates/templates, if you're generating a Certified proll report.
Check Excel's ActiveX Settings under File -Options -Trust Center - Trust Center Settings. A similar cpInterview issue has been reported with restrictive ActiveX settings, although changing these settings should be done cautiously.
If the issue started after a qooks or Office update, contact qbooks Support to check whether an updated proll template or fix is available.
A similar case was discussed in Microsoft Q&A, where users reported the same cpInterview error
