Profile messages Access denied

Hi team,

Not sure if this is right place I'm posting to but I can't access messages on my TechCommunity profile. The message page is saying Access denied.

Please help me to fix the issue.

    Check your profile settings:

     

    Is the refusal directly as you are logged in to MTC?

    If you want to read from the email and then is access denied?

      Deleted, yes, resolved it by enabling first option in your screenshot.
