Microsoft Rewards

When I choose an item to redeem my points for in Microsoft rewards nothing happens. No points are deducted from my total and no email is sent to my outlook account. Please help.

    What worked for me was logging out and then back into my account. Sometimes a simple refresh can help.

    Hi levifederwitz!

     

    A couple of questions.

     

    1. Have you been able to redeem points successfully in the past? Any changes made to your account since then?

    2. Are you trying this on a phone/tablet or a PC? Maybe try one if the other isn't working. If neither option works, that suggests something is not functioning correctly with your account. At that point, I'd open a request with Microsoft to get support.

      RobSoto I have never tried redeeming points before and no changes have been made so far. I'll try on my phone because I've only tried it on my PC and laptop.
