Metrics in Training Service Partner dashboard still shows not started

our TSP was on-boarded some months before, and it has now been more than some months since we started delivering training courses. We received the welcome email, completed all required formalities, and have delivered some trainings, and learners redeemed the achievement codes, and completed the surveys in MTM. All of these sessions appear correctly in, MTM surveys, and related dashboards.

However, in Partner Center it still shows “Not Started.”

Could you guys please review this and help us understand why the status has not updated?

  • hi Hamras​ If your training deliveries, achievement code redemptions, and MTM survey completions are all showing correctly, but the Training Services Partner dashboard in Partner Center still shows "Not Started", it could be a synchronization or reporting issue rather than a problem with your onboarding.

    I'd recommend checking with the TSP support team or your Microsoft partner contact to verify that all onboarding steps have been fully processed on the backend. Sometimes Partner Center metrics take longer to update or require manual validation.

    If everything has been completed for several months and the status still hasn't changed, it's worth opening a support request so the team can review your tenant and confirm why the dashboard hasn't refreshed. Hopefully, someone from the Microsoft TSP team can also provide guidance if they've seen similar delays.
