Mail adress vs. UPN -> not receiving mails

Hi,

 

I recently created an account in the tech community.

I'm using my company work account to logon.

 

Unfortunately i don't receive any mails.

 

In our environment UPN and EMail-Address are different.

The UPN-Domain is not mail enabled

This sometimes causes issues, because mails are only send to the UPN.

 

In the settings of my Tech-Profile it is suggested that i could change my mail address.

BUT - i cannot edit these fields or update the mail address.

 

Does anybody have a suggestion?

      Hi A1,

      unfortunately not.
      i've subscribed to 4 different blogs so far. and no notification.
      with this message as well - i got only aware of the answer when i actively check.

      As i wrote i assume the problem lies in the Domain of my UPN.
      - my UPN => jens@domain_one.com
      - my Mail => jens@domain_two.com
      domain_one is *not* mail-enabled. it's just the domain for my UPN.

      In the settings of the Tech Community my Mail is set to:
      jens@domain_one.com.
      This cannot work. It just my UPN.
      and i cannot change my mail-adress to a different one. it's greyed-out in the settings panel.

      Any suggestions?
