Hi Surya_Narayana,
I was already worried that I'd need to contact Microsoft Support for this. However, I've already spent hours trying to explain my issue to the AI over the phone, and I keep hitting a dead end. Can you tell me if there's a number I can call to be connected directly to a support representative? Or an email address or something?

hi Cefak As mentioned earlier, Unfortunately, I don't believe Microsoft provides a public support email address for Microsoft 365 tenant/account recovery. For a locked Global Administrator account, Microsoft needs to verify ownership before they can reset or change the authentication methods.

If you have another admin account, the best route is to open a support request from the Microsoft 365 admin center. If this is your only Global Administrator account, explain specifically that you're experiencing a Global Administrator lockout with no access to the registered MFA method and need tenant/account recovery.
