I need helppp

So with the recent South Park x fortnite collab I can't update my game I've reseted cache checked my storage and everything when I try to update it it like spams error and a error code it sayd try again in a bit but I tried and it wont work

I am currently on a Xbox one

    hi yonnivz​ this is not right place to seek help, however sharing some work around and support details to check further if issue persist. 

    Few Xbox One players are seeing update failures around the Fortnite / South Park rollout. When big content drops, Xbox update servers can get flaky, especially on older consoles.

    A few things that have helped others:

    Fully power cycle the Xbox (hold power button 10 seconds, unplug for 1-2 minutes)

    Make sure you have extra free space (Fortnite updates often need more space than the download size)

    Cancel the update, uninstall Fortnite, then reinstall fresh

    Check Xbox Live service status (Game Services / Content Usage)

    If the error keeps looping, it's likely a service-side issue, not your console. I'd give it a bit and retry later.
