hi yuscustomermike I understand the frustration, getting stuck in automated loops on Microsoft support can be really annoying.
In most cases, the fastest way to reach a real person is:
- Go to https://support.microsoft.com
- Select the product you need help with
- Click Contact Support
- When the virtual agent starts, type "talk to a person" or "live agent"
- If prompted, choose options like "Account & Billing" or "Technical support" (these usually lead to a human chat option)
If you're signed in with a work/school account, you can also:
- Use the Microsoft 365 admin center support (if available in your tenant), which often gets you to a live agent faster
In some cases, the chat flow won't show a direct option immediately, but repeating "agent" or "representative" a couple of times usually triggers escalation.
