Certificates vs knowledge
Can anyone help me understand what is the benefits of certification.
Hi. In the organization, the entitlement system consists in specific credentials, the absence of such credentials - prevents further career development and closes further job offers.

Showing people, other than your people at your current job, that you actually know things. It's the difference between getting a job or not if they have enough people applying for the job.
It also shows that you want to learn and master things which is always a good thing in my opinion.
