Any way to unsync and unlink Onedrive without accessing the account?

One of my users has 2 Onedrive accounts synced to their file explorer. One is an Exchange and the other an Outlook. The Outlook account was not provided by my company so we have had no luck in trying to recover it since the previous user is no longer employed. Is there anyway to remove and unsync the files?

You don’t need the old account login. Open the OneDrive app from the taskbar → go to Settings → Account → choose the unwanted account and click Unlink this PC. That stops syncing, and you can safely delete the local folder. If it doesn’t appear there, remove the account under Windows Settings → Accounts → Access work or school.
