Access the MCT Lounge

In the right hand side of this chat there is a bit that says resources and in there there’s a link that says MCT questions please post there this thread is locked

anyone can help how to create here a support ticket? Need also to know MCT renewal. It's been very difficult where to get information about this. 

I'm in the same boat - may someone please help.  I have also been going through this https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/tcmct/forum, , of which I get "You are not authorized to access this page." after signing in using the same e-mail ID I registered for!

And the question is, Where I colud open a support Ticket?

I also have the same issue. saying access denied. i logged with correct email address.

I'm clicking lounge and all I see is the blogs no benefits link.
