Access Denied

Hello community!!

I have a problem accessing the messages I receive. I have 26 notifications of received messages, but when I click it opens a page with the following message:

Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser’s Back button to continue.

Does anyone know why I don’t have access?”
