Class Notebook tools disabled.
We have class notebook tools installed on 109 Surface Pro 4 devices and working great. However, on device no. 110 they do not appear. They are installed but appear in the add ons list as disabled and greyed out. Tried unintelligible and reinstalling and same problem. We haven't done anything different on this machine. Any advice about getting No. 110 working?

Hmmm...a weird one. Does the device meet system requirements, particularly updates?:

Windows 10 , Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1
Microsoft OneNote 2013 or OneNote 2016.
Windows 7 or higher
Microsoft .NET 4.5

Have you tried logging in the device with another user account and see if it works?
- Learning tools are disabled too.
