Class Notebook tools disabled.
We have class notebook tools installed on 109 Surface Pro 4 devices and working great. However, on device no. 110 they do not appear. They are installed but appear in the add ons list as disabled and ...
Hmmm...a weird one. Does the device meet system requirements, particularly updates?:
