"Summarize this page" not working on M365 tools

Weeks ago when asking "summarize this page" on a word or powerpoint web page BCE produced a result. Now it looks it is no longer able to access these pages, while working fine on PDFs, sharepoint and...

I agree this is very annoying - it looks like its trying but continually fails. Some guidance on the best next steps would be nice

    Kind of had it confirmed that this feature has gone now from BCE in a round about way

      Thanks Duane. It would be great if Microsoft could confirm officially if this feature is removed by intent or not.
