Force BCE to only answer using document

This appears to maybe be resolved now.. It appears to be remembering my custom instructions now.
Edit (11/30/23): this still appears to be an issue.
Additionally, if I try to use a custom instruction to force it to use only the document attached, the chat freaks out and forces me to start over.
