Exclude OneDrive and SharePoint Data from appearing in Bing Search Results

Can you please confirm if they are using Bing Chat Enterprise or if they are seeing Work Results in their Bing results page (called Microsoft Search in Bing: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/overview-microsoft-search-bing )? If you can directly message me with a screenshot of the experience I can help to verify.

Bing Chat Enterprise does not have access to OneDrive or SharePoint data. To have access to the MSGraph as part of results for Chat, the customer would need to have Microsoft 365 Copilot. The other potential option is that they have Microsoft Search in Bing turned on and are seeing work results as part of their Bing search results (but not Chat).
