I believe that only Microsoft 365 Copilot makes use of Graph and its connectors. Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise) has no ability to connect to corporate data unless you copy/paste it in or have the Edge sidebar (aka Copilot bar) open while viewing a PDF.
