Copilot: Different chat history between Mobile, Windows and Web

Hi team,

I’m experiencing an issue with Copilot where the chat history does not sync consistently across my devices:

• Copilot Mobile App
• Copilot on Windows (sidebar)
• Copilot on the Web
• Copilot Legacy App

Even though I’m signed in with the same Microsoft account, each platform shows a different set of conversations. Some chats appear only on Mobile, others only on the Web, and others only on Windows.

I have already contacted Microsoft Support and received the following case number:

Case ID: 7109776597

The support agent advised me to reach out to the Tech Community for further investigation by the Copilot team.

I would appreciate any guidance or updates regarding:

• whether this is a known issue
• if there is an active fix
• or if any action is required from my side
