Why my site Data is not updating in Bing Webmaster Tools

This can happen due to several reasons, especially if the site has recently undergone changes or if Bingbot is facing crawl issues.
Check crawl status in Bing Webmaster Tools Site Scan section.
Use “Submit URL” to manually request indexing.
Make sure your sitemap is up-to-date and reachable.
Confirm that your robots.txt isn't blocking Bingbot.
Recently I was engaged in the project dealing with the listing of restaurants where the indexing delay occurred because of the sitemaps. An example could be seen here: https://jollibeemenuprice.com/ - according to the sitemap correction, Bing began refreshing the data within 48 hours.
