Thanks, Specter, for the feedback, and welcome to the BIng Insiders Community. While Microsoft and Microsoft Bing are constantly expanding our features, not all features are available in every country. The homepage is a prime example. As we continue to develop in countries around the world so do our features. You can always request features by submitting feedback (clicking "Feedback" at the bottom of the Bing page).
