Why is my website not indexing in Bing ?

Hi

I have added my site to the Bing Web Master. I have completed all of steps and required by Bing but still not showing index web pages. None of my site's URL is available to the Bing search however site is performing very well at Google Search Console and Google search.

    I am also facing same issue since 6-7 month, some time my site indexed automatically and de-indexed, please anyone help and suggest what we do for this? my site https://www.flipaclippc.com/  : https://www.flipaclippc.com/
