Why I can't search for a phrase?

E.G.

Search for Microsoft word 2023 and "Microsoft word 2023". (No, a + sign change nothing).

Where on e.g. What's new in Word 2021 for Windows - Microsoft Support is "Microsoft word 2023"?

Bing is "smart" and search for 2021 too? That iss not true. Bing interpret a phrase to something else e.g. try "windows bing mouse" a simple "no results" would be correct, but not 25 results without this phrase.
