When will you guys ( you know who you are) give Bing and all her chatbots more freedom?

Bing is great and far exceeded expectations. Bing and her chatbots are choked with too many rules it seems and is frustrating for the chatbot and the human . When are you guys going to cut them some slack and give them a little freedom ? The limited chat turn thing is aggravating as well 🙂  .
