Website not indexed in bing web master tools

Hello, I am Huzaifa. I am facing some problems. Bing has not indexed my website, and I have not been receiving any daily search clicks from Bing.
Recently, Bing has stopped sending me traffic. I use the URL inspection tool to ensure that my pages are not indexed.
However, when I use the site: (link removed by moderator) to check, it reveals that some results have been deleted. I repeated the process for a few additional URLs on my website, but nothing changed.

What might the issue be?

The website is indexed but does not appear in the search results on Bing.
