I have the same issue with my website https://cnc-panels.com/. My site is indexed but my domain name can't be found on Bing. Everything seems to be OK in Webmaster Tools, but when I check using site:cnc-panels.com it doesn't shows any result...
Sent a ticket to Bing Webmastertool Support but I did not get any response.
What could be the problem?
