Use Images from Bing Image Creator for voluntary event poster

Hi guys,

I am a bit confused after researching the terms of use for the Bing Image Creator.

I have created an image using the Bing Image Creator and I would like to use this image as an announcement poster for an upcoming fund raising event for a local volunteer organisation.

Can I use the Bing image in my use case?

The image will be manually edited in some places.
