Speech search speech!
GatesLover If I m not mistaken, this IS actually being worked on. Isn't it? I bring 'this' up because, sometimes, when I use the Bing! App on my 'smartphone,' I can type in words OR use the little microphone option. And, I use the microphone option quite a bit. Also good to know is that when the 'answers' come back, they are spoken to me. Is this what you mean by "speech search speech!"?
Rae_Rae No! You mean Speech search Text; I mean speech search speech

GatesLover Oh! You are talking about speech as in patterns of? What about using translators? Do you think those could help with your search?

Analyze each syllable and match them with the same online syllables. Skip the text layer. It require some phonetic analyze. Translation only work between dominant languages. When we speak a rare dialect or language the text search text won't work.

GatesLover What about "accents?" I believe that accents would play a HUGE role in determining how 'they' fit into the programming. Wouldn't they? What if 'rare dialect(s)' COULD be put into a text form first? Shouldn't/ wouldn't that help save/ keep the language alive and make 'it' easier to 'detect' the 'phonics?'
