Site is deindexed from Bing Search

Hey,

My site is deindexed on Bing Search, this site is deindexed in Dec 2021, so now almost 5 months gone but still site not indexing, in the URL Inspection section it's showing "Discovered but not crawled" Webmaster support just saying it's against guidelines without checking.
