Shortcuts in bing homepage

I have started with bing. One thing I have noticed is that the shortcuts on the bing homepage
changes depending on what I do. In google I have configured shortcuts to websites I often
use. They does not change. I there some way to configure the shortcuts in bing homepage and stop
them from changing?
