Problems with Search Page of Bing

Hey everyone,

I recently came across the recently developed website,https://clicktester.net/Tester, which is a heaven for gamers. However, while using it, I noticed some issues with the search page of Bing. Whenever I try to scroll down the page, it automatically jumps to the top of the page, which is quite inconvenient. I hope Microsoft can look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
