No longer a way to GIVE points to other people in family in Rewards/Community.?
They have not responded yet! So it is off for now.

I heard back from our Microsoft Rewards team today and this feature is currently under construction and will be back soon. If you need assistance transferring points to another user you can reach out for support by submitting a Microsoft Rewards Support Request.
