Pages of Bing.com automatically jumping to the top of page

It happens on every Bing page. On Android phones, on Windows PC. Just switched from Chrome to Edge and Google to Bing. I guess it's time to go back. Bing is utter mess.

I get this issue almost every time I use Bing search, Windows or Android, it is extremely annoying! Could you please help.
