Outdated content still showing after Bing removal tool request completed

I used the Bing outdated content removal tool, which shows the status as “completed.” However, when you search my name, the link still shows up, even though the content has been removed from the website by the twitter account and the outdated content removal tool shows “completed.” I keep submitting request to remove, it gets completed and keeps showing up. When I click on the link it shows invalid URL. But the description of the link remains with my name.
