newbing can't answer questions, hide answers to questions

Recently, I had the following problem when using newbing.
When I ask a question, the bing output will suddenly break and output "My mistake, I can’t give a response to that right now. Let’s try a different topic."

My questions are basically normal and do not involve some sensitive words.

How should I solve this problem? Thank you very much!
