my website URL is not index (Discovered but not crawled URL cannot appear on Bing)

when i try to submit my website URL i am facing this issue. 

 

Discovered but not crawled
URL cannot appear on Bing

    It's not instant process. Search engine always analyise your website and if your sitemap is going good then search engine proceed next to your urls. So always check technical seo issues before submit url of your website to bing. If 24 hours passed then check your dashboard may be there is errors that bing send you to resolve.
