Microsoft Rewards Account suspended

My Microsoft rewards account has been suspended but I don't know why. An unknown login was done from South Africa before this. I immediately changed my password after getting an email notification.

The next day the rewards account got suspended. I turned on two step verification after that. Since then, the Microsoft rewards team never reply me back.

Now, I can't even fill the form anymore. Can someone pls help?
