Microsoft Bing search bar unavailable

Hi, 

Please help me to download the MS Bing bar for Win10. I can't find it's exe anywhere. 
We can only get Wallpaper tool here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/bing/bing-wallpaper?rtc=1
