Limited characteres into "Balanced Mode"

Hello everyone! A few days Microsoft released to Bing chat more characters than before (2.000 to 4.000) 
This changes, actualy only works into creative and informative mode, except into "balanced" As you can see on my image. 

(Its in portuguese)
I want to now if its a bug or balanced mode is different for other options.
