iOS Bing app sends notifications that are turned off

I have deselected almost all notifications including "Top Stories" in settings / notifications because I am not interested in that. I only left app updates, weather alerts, rewards, community updates.

Still, I am receiving notifications marked "Popular Now" which are news clickbait crap.

The app was already removed and reinstalled, did not help anything. 

Any ideas how to inform developers to remove this bug?
