Im in the EEA with the DMA rules and the start menu is still giving bing results

MicrosoftIf the computer is new, the manufacturer customizes the OS and should be able to assist you in tuning the OS. Please reach out to your OEM & Seller for support.
IoTGirl They are a tiny 1 person show in the US they are not sure about any special version for getting DMA options. they figure it should just work once it realizes its ip address is in an EEA country.

I turned it off because it ate up too much of my bandwidth and I found it distracting when they animated it.
