Give with Bing is broken, keeps turning off and won't change non profit.

I have about 25000 points, and I want to donate them to GLSEN, but I am unable to do so as Bing keeps turning off Give With Bing, and in conjunction, keeps resetting the non-profit I choose. Please fix this, I've been a Bing user forever, and was a Bing Insider back when we used Skype to conduct meetings.
