Geolocation incorrect

Hi,

 

We recently changed our corporate IP and now Bing is incorrectly locating us in Germany when we should be in UK. Google maps and any other geolocation tool locates us correctly. The problem with this is that people are being sent to German versions of Microsoft sites when searching in Edge which is becoming an issue. How can this be resolved?

    how did you exactly change your corporate IP? more details?
    are you using any proxy or VPN?

      We moved to a new ISP/MPLS provider so have a new block of IP addresses. If I queried the IP on for example https://whatismyip.network/ it shows it correctly as United Kingdom but if I go to Bing maps its placing me in Austria.

        Interesting, Google maps is also placing me in Austria.
