Can Bing API be used to rank articles by their traffic?

Hi All,

I am new to this section. And want to evaluate Bing API for exploratory purpose and work more on this.

I need to understand:

1. If Bing API can give me results on particular topic related articles from particular website.

2. Can Bing API give me results as per the traffic on webpages of  particular website?
