Bing Webmaster Support Team - Not Responding to any support tickets

We have also had several websites that have high domain ranking and have massive organic traffix on google that cant even ben found with site:domainname. Bing indexing is not even showing major errors. The site related to this ticket is not too big but there is a huge customer base that mostly using edge, now ending up on scammy or competitor websites. We get complaints from customers and have nothing we can do about it

I have submitted several tickets without a single respondse (except for an semi automated respondse saying to be patient after already waiting for many months)

We have many thousands in addspend though MS advertising, but if this persists we'll pull all the add spend and remove MS from our advisory reports. It would be nice if there would be an account manager or someone that could give some guidance on how to proceed.
