Bing wallpaper doesn't run at all.

I've had bing wallpaper on my PC for quite awhile. It has stopped working completely. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but nothing works. The install exe runs with no problems, but the app never runs. I can find it in the AppData/local/... folder and try to run it manually and nothing happens. I like the changing pictures and this is very annoying.
