Bing Content Removal tool not working properly

A website used to contain information about me, which the owner later removed.

I tried removing the outdated content on Google and it worked perfectly fine.

However in Bing, its not working properly.

It keeps giving an error message when I type a word in the Cached text box even though what I enter is correct. 

I also contacted Support but I still haven't received a response

This is getting quite annoying. What should I do?

How often does Bing update its cache?
