bing.com issue

I'm unable to search with Bing.com.  I tried 3 different browsers and it doesn't seems to be a browser problem.  Also if I connect in VPN, it works.  I also tried IN PRIVATE and it doesn't work there...

    After applying the update 21H2 It works. Go figure !
