Bing & Search in-Private mode

Why is it, when I do a search with bing on my mobile device (phone)  while in private mode, the results show up out of private mode?  No matter how many times I set it to stay in private mode, it will always show the results out of private mode..... 
You would think the results would show in-private mode, not out of private mode...
